Fourth of July weekend is fast approaching, and with it comes fun runs, parades, fireworks, and more! We’ve compiled a list of this weekend’s happenings so you and yours can celebrate Independence Day with a bang!
Livingston Sunrise Rotary Club’s Duck Run – Featuring a 5k, a half marathon, and the Duckling Dash for kids (July 4)
Brighton Independence Day Parade – The parade starts at the BECC at the corner of Main and Church Streets at 10am! There will be theme trophies awarded for: most patriotic, most musical, and most creative! (July 4)
14th Annual Howell Independence Aquathlon – This unique, multi-sport event includes a 2k run, a 750m swim, and a final 2k run. Come out and participate in the fun, or cheer on your family and friends!
Fowlerville Parade and Fireworks – From 3-6pm at First Baptist Church of Fowlerville, come enjoy the children’s events with bounce houses, face painting, treats, games, and more! There will be a car show running at the same time. The parade kicks off at 7pm and the firework show starts at 10:15pm!
